Do I have to get on a call?

Is this only for brick-and-mortar?
No. Brick-and-mortar and online businesses with an existing site or Instagram. We need a public URL to start — not a blank canvas.
What does the backend run?
Presence, Replies, and Offers each week. Site and Money are optional. Memory is included. One Approve feed.
Do I have to record a voice note or send photos?
No. Voice and new photos are optional. If we only have your Google listing, week 1 in the Approve feed uses your listing photos and words. A few new photos or a 15-second note makes it sound more like you — not required.
Is a listing URL enough?
Yes. Google listing, Instagram, or website URL — one is enough to start the 72h clock. Uploads help; they aren’t required.
Can you just run it without me?
Yes. Choose Uninvolved — hands-off. We run from your public sources with a standing publish. Pause anytime (kill switch). Jump to Approve or Hands-on when you want.
What if I have nothing ready — can I just use ChatGPT?
Point us at your Google listing, Instagram, or website. We start from real sources. ChatGPT alone isn’t a source — we need a public URL or your uploads to start the 72h clock.
Do you need my bank password?
Never. We never collect bank passwords. Money week (optional) is a simple ledger: Zolara fee, extra spend, and your cap — not bank login.
Do you need my website password?
Never on this form — there are no password fields. For Hands-on Site updates we use a CMS invite or a password-manager Send. Never paste a password into Zolara.
Do you run my ads or answer the phone?
No. We don’t run ad accounts. We don’t do phone or SMS receptionist. Daily DM as a service isn’t in scope.
Can I change modes later?
Yes. Switch Uninvolved, Approve, or Hands-on week to week. Same Zolara Done plan.
Can I cancel?
Yes — anytime. Full refund before week 1; after that, cancel for the next cycle.
Is this just captions you send me to post?
No. Zolara runs the week for you. The Approve feed is where the week lives. After you Approve — or if you download — posting happens. We are not a caption dump.

Privacy
We collect name, email, business type, involvement mode, and at least one public shop URL (Google listing, Instagram, or website) so we can reply, email a pay link, and build week 1 in the Approve feed. Photos, voice notes, typed lines, and booking links are optional. Public URLs seed the first week when uploads aren’t present. We never collect bank passwords or website passwords on this site. Optional media is used only to build your week in the Approve feed and to publish when your mode and connections allow. We don’t sell your data. Questions: [email protected].
